Concerning Tuna: Even MORE Hope!

Wikipedia, "labeled for reuse"
Finally. FINALLY. Tuna numbers are rising. Yes, RISING. Phew. No longer at risk of collapse. Well, immediate collapse, just because they are rising doesn't mean we can jump right back in, we'll only end up back to where we were. WWF voices their concerns about requests for increased quotas, as they believe monitoring of illegal fishing needs to be improved before we can safely adjust them. However, they believe that rising numbers are a fantastic sign, but we need to tread cautiously, as Edmund Burke wisely said, "Those who don't know history are doomed to repeat it."

I'm feeling quite giddy. Everyone's efforts are finally paying off, but we aren't out of the red yet. Faith in humanity is partially restored.
